Affiliate Program
20% of every sale, on every paid tier, paid through Gumroad — PropSurvival never holds or touches the money in between. What there is to promote underneath that commission is the same free simulator anyone can run first: an audience can verify the arithmetic themselves before an affiliate ever asks them to pay for anything. Nothing on this page restates a price — the pricing page is the one place prices live.
- Commission
- 20% of the sale price, every paid tier.
- Who holds the money
- Gumroad, as merchant of record — PropSurvival never does.
- Attribution
- 30 days, last click. Gumroad's own rule.
- Eligibility
- Prop firms and their staff: permanently ineligible.
Commission
20% of the sale price, credited on each of the four paid tiers — not a teaser rate on one tier and a smaller one on the rest.
Who holds the money
Gumroad tracks the referral and pays the commission. PropSurvival is never in that chain — nothing to invoice, nothing to chase, on either side.
What there is to promote
The free tier is the whole simulator, not a demo of it — an audience can run their own numbers and check the answer before an affiliate asks them to buy anything.
How it works
An affiliate promotes PropSurvival and receives a referral link once the program is enabled (see Apply below). Gumroad, our checkout provider and merchant of record for every paid tier, tracks the referral, attributes the sale, and pays the commission — PropSurvival never touches the money in between.
- Commission: 20% of the sale price, on each of the four paid tiers, credited per sale.
- Attribution window: 30 days, last click. A sale counts for the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently within 30 days of the purchase — Gumroad's own affiliate tracking rule, not a PropSurvival policy.
- Payout: through Gumroad, on Gumroad's own affiliate payout schedule — no separate invoice to us, no separate account to open.
- Refunds reverse the commission on that sale. The tier's refund terms are stated once, on the pricing page and in the Terms of Service; this program does not restate the window and does not create a different one.
Who is eligible
A prop firm, a prop firm's staff, or an account a prop firm controls may never be a PropSurvival affiliate — no exception, at any audience size.
PropSurvival models firms' own published rules against a trader's own numbers. A firm paying itself a commission on that modeling is the exact conflict the product exists to stay outside of. This restriction is permanent and applies to every firm named anywhere on this site.
Outside that one rule, the program is open: individual creators, communities, newsletters, and tool builders with an audience of traders working through evaluations or funded accounts are the intended fit.
Promotion rules
Everything PropSurvival itself publishes stays in one register — neutral arithmetic, not advice — and an affiliate's promotion is held to the same register, since a reader cannot tell which page paid for the click.
- Describe what the tool computes, not what a reader will achieve. "It simulates pass probability from your own trade history" is accurate; a claim about a reader's own outcome, earnings, or odds is not something either PropSurvival or an affiliate is in a position to make.
- No ranking of firms. PropSurvival declares no firm superior or inferior to another, and promotional copy may not either — a firm-fit comparison is a computation about the trader's own inputs, never a verdict on a firm.
- No paid search or paid social bids on the PropSurvival name — the brand term itself, its close misspellings, or the brand paired with a product or tier name. Organic content, communities, newsletters, and video are the intended channels; bidding on our own name simply relabels a visitor we already had.
- Every placement discloses the paid relationship — labeled plainly, before the link, every time.
- No claim of affiliation with, or endorsement by, any prop firm. PropSurvival is independent of every firm it models, and so is every affiliate promoting it.
- An affiliate is independent. No affiliate is an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of PropSurvival, and none may make a representation, warranty, or commitment on PropSurvival's behalf — about a firm's rules, a reader's odds, or the product itself.
A violation may end an affiliate's participation and any commission on the sale that caused it. This section is the operative promotion policy; the Risk Disclaimer and Terms of Service govern the product itself and apply in addition to it.
What an affiliate receives
Every asset below is ready today, before the first affiliate is added — real product output, not a mockup built for this page.
| Asset | What it is |
|---|---|
| Referral link | A unique Gumroad affiliate link, issued once the program is enabled (see Apply). |
| Disclosed samples | Full samples of all four paid documents, built by the real engine on disclosed, illustrative inputs — Situation Report, Personal Case File, Challenge Case File, Funded File. |
| Share card | The same shareable verdict card the free product generates for any user — real output, not a mockup. |
| Embeddable widgets | Three free, iframe-embeddable calculators an affiliate may place on their own site under the terms already published on the widgets page — a static-vs-trailing drawdown comparison, a prop-challenge verdict simulator and a personal rules survival calculator. |
| Reference reading | The FAQ & Methodology and glossary pages, for citing how the engine works accurately instead of paraphrasing from memory. |
How applications are handled
Gumroad's own mechanism for a program like this one is manual: an affiliate is added by email, per product, from the dashboard — there is no bulk-import button. An honest process built on that mechanism runs in batches, not one applicant at a time, and says so plainly rather than promising a response time it cannot reliably keep.
01
Application
One channel — the email address below, naming the audience reached.
02
Independence check
The one rule above, applied first: any prop-firm relationship ends review here, no exception.
03
Batch review
Applications that clear the independence check are reviewed together, in one sitting, against the same fit criteria.
04
Batch add
Approved affiliates from one review sitting are added to Gumroad together and receive their referral link from it.
The launch cohort is intentionally small — a handful of creators with a real, checked audience of traders working evaluations or funded accounts, not a broad open call. Applications beyond that cohort are not declined — they join the next batch. No day-count or queue position is stated anywhere on this site, because none is promised.
Apply
Applications open once Gumroad's affiliate program is enabled for all four tiers. Until then, the way in is a short email naming the audience reached and any prop-firm relationship (see Who is eligible) — reviewed as described in How applications are handled above, in batches, against the launch cohort.
