Current equity is required — headroom is measured from where you stand.
Optional: simulate strategy survival
Room is measured from current equity to the published drawdown floor. The quote and retrieval date belong to the selected account size.
Max Drawdown in this widget is a static floor from starting balance (v1) — a fixed floor measured from your starting balance, not a floor that ratchets upward with a new equity peak. The account reading above uses the named firm’s published floor. This optional simulator uses separate personal-rule inputs.
Separate personal-rule inputs; the account reading above is not transferred into this simulator.
Same engine at the same free accuracy — save a rule set, add a stop, or import a history. The stamped file is written after that run, not from this typed-average result.
The mechanism
The reading uses the same floor and headroom builder as the live account book. A static floor stays fixed; a trailing floor follows the published high-water basis and lock. The current equity and high-water mark stay in this reading’s address.
A reproducible reading
Copy reading keeps the address, selected book, equity, high-water mark, floor, room, binding rule and dated corpus reference together.
FAQ
- Which sizes are available?
- Only account sizes published in the rule corpus are listed. An unpublished size receives no computed room.
- What happens when a source is unverified?
- No room is computed. A missing equity input also leaves the figure blank.
- Does the address reproduce the reading?
- The firm, size, equity and high-water inputs in the address reproduce the reading against the dated corpus on this page.
