I have a licence key. How do I use it?
Open the app and choose Have a license key? near the report action. Enter the key from your purchase email there, not in a page address. The app checks the key; access still depends on its status and your purchased term.
For your locally saved analysis, return to the browser where you created it. A licence key is not a backup of your trading data.
I cannot find my receipt or licence key.
Look for the Gumroad purchase email in the mailbox you used at checkout, including spam or junk. A missing email on its own does not tell you whether a payment completed.
Email support about a missing receipt. Include an order reference if available and describe the issue. Do not send your licence key, card details or trading data.
I have a key, but activation did not work.
Return to the app to retry your key and read the activation message there. Do not start another checkout just to retry a key. This page cannot change a key’s status, term or device allowance.
If it still fails, email support about activation with the message you see, but without your licence key, card details or trading data.
I cancelled checkout, or I am unsure whether I paid.
You can continue your free analysis without another checkout. Returning to this page is not proof that a payment succeeded or failed.

What this purchase is — and is not
- It is a one-time payment. The Situation Report is charged once at $29. No card stays on file, and there is nothing to cancel. Access lasts one month; documents you already exported stay on your device and remain readable after the term ends.

- It is not investment advice. PropSurvival is deterministic simulation software. Outputs are modelled probabilities from the inputs you supply, not predictions, guarantees, or recommendations to buy, sell, or continue any evaluation.
