Both passes blind+independent, both via r.jina.ai. ALL per-size dollar ladders reconcile EXACTLY against both passes (12/12 files, 0 value mismatches) - targets, max loss limits and daily loss limits. CONFIRMED across the family: max loss trails the highest END-OF-DAY closing balance, updated once daily, never decreasing - but the BREACH test is on intraday EQUITY ("If equity falls below the MLL at any time, the account is breached"). No minimum benchmark days in any challenge phase. FundedNext publishes NO percentages anywhere - dollars only per size; our pct values are exact arithmetic on published dollars. FLEX-SPECIFIC: targets $2,500/$5,000/$8,000 and max loss $1,500/$2,500/$4,000 at 50K/100K/150K - all confirmed (note the target is NOT a flat percentage: 5%/5%/5.33%). NO daily loss limit. No time limit. Consistency 40% raise_target - correct. DISAGREE (NOT entered): lock threshold. The firm publishes THREE different values for the same rule - general-rules says it "locks once it reaches the initial balance"; the help centre says "initial balance + $100"; and the Futures Challenge Terms clause 1.2.12 is self-contradictory in one sentence ("plus $10" then works the example at $50,100 = +$100). Not arbitrated.
