We model Option 2 (EOD) and both passes confirm EOD trailing off the daily closing balance, DLL counting unrealized, 5PM CT reset. Consistency correctly NONE at the qualification stage: both passes confirm the 40% rule is a Master-Account payout gate that "will not violate the account". No maximum duration.
