Rule Changelog

Rules change quietly.
This page doesn't.

Every firm rule set in the engine carries a "last verified" stamp. This is the public log behind those stamps: every verification pass, every rule correction, every engine change that affects your numbers — dated, permanent, and checkable. "Lifetime updates" is a claim; this page is the receipt.

Verification cadence: monthly, plus immediate updates on reported changes

Engine v1.2 — Prop Survival redesign & shared parameters

  • Prop Survival is now input-first. The Challenge Parameters sit above the verdict, in the same slider-plus-number cards as the Strategy Lab, so the on-screen order matches the workflow: pick a firm → enter your stats → read the decision.
  • One shared parameter set across tabs. Win rate, average win/loss (R), cost, risk, trades per day and account size are entered once and reused everywhere — change a value on either tab and the other follows.
  • You choose the simulation depth. The prop verdict runs at Fast (600), Standard (1,200) or Deep (10,000) paths; running the prop test also fills the strategy metric cards and issues the GO / REDUCE / NO-GO decision in one action. Deep mode is a Pro feature.
  • The risk-band optimizer no longer blocks the browser. The 0.10–5.00% scan runs in chunks with live progress on the button, so Deep runs stay responsive on every device.
  • Your Pro license now survives being offline — and survives us. Once activated, a license is never downgraded because a validation server is unreachable; only an explicit refund or revocation turns Pro off. If the product is ever permanently discontinued, the intention is to ship a final build with the license check removed, so nothing depends on a server that no longer exists.
  • Clarified licensing language. "Lifetime updates" now reads consistently as updates for the life of the product across the app, pricing, FAQ and Terms — a single up-front purchase, with a perpetual license to the version you bought, honestly described.

Engine v1.1 — two-phase modeling & verdict economics

  • Two-step programs now model Phase 2. Firm Fit's funded probability composes Phase 1 × Phase 2 for FTMO, FTMO Swing, FundedNext Stellar, Funding Pips, and The5ers (Phase 2 keeps each firm's drawdown rules with its own 5% target and day window). Expected attempts and fee spend now measure the full path to funded, not just Phase 1 — this makes 2-step FX firms and 1-step futures firms honestly comparable, and generally raises the modeled cost of 2-step programs.
  • Expected attempts & expected fee spend are now computed free, at verdict level, for the selected firm.
  • Consistency-rule failures are now first-class in every verdict surface, including the executive card and the PDF report — previously they could be misattributed to "timeout" in the summary layer.
  • Verdict Card v1.1: the decision word (GO / REDUCE / NO-GO), failure cause, expected attempts and fees, and a miniature path fan with the trailing floor now appear on the shareable card.

Launch verification pass — all 8 presets

  • FTMO / FTMO Swing (2-Step): static 10% total, 5% daily vs. day-start, min 4 days, Phase 2 target 5%. Verified against FTMO's published terms.
  • Apex Trader Funding (Futures Evaluation): intraday trailing threshold on equity peaks incl. unrealized P&L, freeze at initial, no daily limit in evaluation, 30% consistency modeled at pass for conservatism.
  • Topstep (Trading Combine): EOD trailing Maximum Loss Limit stopping at start balance, Daily Loss Limit vs. day-start, 50% best-day consistency to pass.
  • FundedNext (Stellar 2-Step): static drawdown, min 5 days, Phase 2 target 5%; consistency applies on some funded plans, not in evaluation.
  • Funding Pips (2-Step): static drawdown, balance-based daily loss, Phase 2 target 5%.
  • The5ers (High Stakes 2-Step): static drawdown, no time limit modeled as 60 days, Phase 2 target 5%.
  • MyFundedFutures (Starter): EOD trailing stopping at initial, 40% consistency, no daily limit in Starter.

Engine v1.0 — commercial release candidate

  • Rule-faithful simulation layer: intraday/EOD trailing drawdown, freeze-at-initial floors, consistency blocking with forced continued trading, per-firm time windows.
  • Failure decomposition by cause (daily DD / total DD / consistency / timeout), Survival Score, safe risk band, Firm Fit ranking, 10-section PDF report.
  • Fully client-side architecture — zero application-server communication; verify in airplane mode.
