Lux Trading Firm — consistency rule

Rules read from Lux Trading Firm's own documentation on 2026-07-30 · rules/lux-trading-firm

Lux Trading Firm's 1-Step Evaluation (flagship evaluation challenge; distinct from Lux's separate 'Instant Funding'/INSTA no-evaluation product and its separate 'Prediction Markets' product, neither modelled here) enforces a consistency requirement at every account size PropSurvival's corpus carries for this program (100k, 400k, 1000k): no single trade may risk more than 5% of Remaining Risk Capital (current balance minus the drawdown limit), enforced at per_trade, and the trade's position size itself is capped to keep exposure inside the limit, rather than a pass or payout withheld after the fact.

"Lux Trading requires traders to maintain consistent risk allocation across all trades during each stage... Traders must select a fixed percentage of Remaining Risk Capital (RRC) to risk per trade and apply this percentage consistently across all trades during the stage. ... The maximum permissible risk is 5% of RRC. RRC = [Current Balance] - [Drawdown Limit], where the drawdown limit is defined as the starting account balance minus six percent."Source: https://luxtradingfirm.com/rules-of-engagement-3/ — retrieved 2026-07-30 · last checked 2026-07-30
